Morris will be still the head coach of Bucs

All the players with buccaneers jerseys will be still coached by Raheem Morris for a second season.

Team co-chairman Joel Glazer just made one-sentence statement about the annoucement. He said ownership supports a plan set in motion after the NFL's youngest coach was hired last January. Morris' first season ws tough enough with an end of 3-13. he team's worst finish since 1991 fueled speculation that the Glazer family might consider a change. While Glazer said they are committed to the plan that they began 12 months ago with coach Morris. They hope to build on the pieces that are put in place this season.

Morris believed the direction of the team was right despite the bad record.
