Santonio Holmes ius troubled in the case

Wide receiver Santonio Holmes with steelers jersey won't be charged with any crime for his impolite behavior throwing a glass and caused a laceration above a woman's right eye.

Orlando police told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that the case is closed since Anshonae Mills declined to press charges and issued a signed statement that said: "I refuse to prosecute the perpetrator for the incident." Per a police report, the investigating officer watched Mills smiling and "rubbing Holmes’ face" after they talked following the incident at the nightclub. Holmes is still facing a civil lawsuit asking for more than $15,000 in damages. Mills has claimed that the former Super Bowl MVP threw a glass of liquor at her during an argument over a seat on a couch in a VIP room.

Holmes has told ESPN, "he didn’t do anything."
